"One Guru. One World. One Network."
A native of Eroor in Thrippunithura, I embarked on my spiritual path after completing my undergraduate studies at Ernakulam Maharaja's College. This life journey truly began on the auspicious day of Vijayadashami in 1999, when I received spiritual initiation (Mantra Deeksha) from Swami Asparshananda, a senior monk of the Sivagiri Mutt and the head of the Muhamma Vishwagaji Mutt.
Following Swami's guidance, I studied ritual worship (Pooja) and temple tantra under Ayyampilly Dharman Thanthri, subsequently serving as a priest (Shanthi) in various temples. Later, I acquired knowledge in astrology from Challiyil Narayanan Jyotsyar, and mastered Yoga and the Bhagavatham from Swami Nithyananda of the Palakkad Sivananda Ashram. I also pursued advanced studies in Tantra Shastra under Karumathra Vijayan Thanthri and had the privilege of performing as a chief priest (Thanthri) in various temple ceremonies.
The inner consciousness I gained through deep research and studies in Keralite temple tantra guided me in my later years. Due to my strong disagreements with the commercialization evident in current temple systems, I consciously distanced myself from formal temple positions over time. Since then, I have focused my life entirely on the study of Tantra and spiritual practice (Sadhana), sharing this sacred knowledge only with the sincere seekers who come to me.
Currently, I run a spiritual learning center named 'Sreepatham' in Eroor, remaining fully immersed in these noble processes of learning and teaching. It was during this quest for knowledge that the concept of the 'Sree Narayana Directory' and the intense efforts to realize it came into my life, much like a divine destiny.
An expansive task of this magnitude, which ideally requires the collective effort of a large community, is something I have attempted to complete almost entirely on my own, working within my limitations. Therefore, it is only natural that some errors or shortcomings may have occurred. As this is a service to the Guru performed completely without any profit motive, I am deeply committed to joyfully correcting any deficiencies that are brought to my attention.
I humbly request all devotees of Guru Deva and affiliated organizations, both within and outside Kerala, to cooperate by providing accurate information regarding temples, ashrams, branches, educational institutions, and voluntary organizations in their respective areas, thereby making this directory truly complete.
Dedicated with love and profound respect to my spiritual brothers and sisters who are fellow devotees of Guru Deva,
Manoj Muralidharan
